Roomio’s floor plan customisation options allow you to tailor your deliverable to your specific needs. See below for a breakdown of our customisation options to ensure you receive the deliverables you require.

1. Choose Your Template Style

  • 2D Templates: Roomio offers a variety of 2D schematic template designs for clear, professional deliverable styles.

  • 3D Templates: For a more immersive and detailed perspective, choose our 3D template option. Our 3D template provides a textured, three-dimensional representation of the space - giving viewers a great sense of depth and scale of a property.

Within all of our template options, you can also choose whether to include a site plan at no extra cost, which shows the property boundaries and the building's footprint on the lot.

2. Add Your Personal Touch

Tailor your floor plan by adding a branding logo and a custom title.

  • Upload a Logo: You can upload a logo to be added directly to your final floor plan deliverable to maintain consistent branding across all their documents.

  • Select a Floor Plan Title: You can choose a custom title to be displayed prominently on your floor plan. By default, we will show the property address you have assigned to your scan, but this option allows you to label the deliverable with a different title if required.

3. Select Your Measurements

You can select the measurement output to be displayed on your deliverable.

  • Metric: Displays all measurements in meters (m).

  • Imperial: Displays all measurements in feet and inches (ft/in).

  • Both: A combined option that displays both metric and imperial measurements for maximum clarity.

4. Provide Additional Notes and Documents

This is where you can provide team with specific instructions to fine-tune your floor plan to your exact specifications.

  • Additional Notes: Use this text box to provide any special requests or instructions. This could include requests to change the primary use of a room (e.g., from "bedroom" to "office"), or specific layout requests.

  • Upload Supporting Documents: You can upload supporting files to assist our team in delivering your floor plan to your requirements. This could include:

    • Annotated files with specific instructions or measurements marked.

    • Drone images to provide boundary clarity for the site plan.

    • Architectural plans that our team can use as a reference.

With Roomio’s customisation options, you can ensure that your floor plan deliverable is tailored to suit you and your clients needs.
