Roomio lets you choose your local currency and pay for every floor plan in it. Prices are fixed in each currency, so the amount you see when you order is the amount you are charged.

Prices are per floor plan. Express delivery is an optional add on to the floor plan price. Standard delivery is 12 to 24 hours and is included.
How to choose your currency
- Open the Roomio app or web portal
- You will be asked to select a currency
Please ensure you select the appropriate currency as you will need to contact support to change.
Frequently asked questions
Do prices change with exchange rates?
No. Each currency has its own fixed price, so your cost per floor plan stays the same from one order to the next.
Is my first floor plan still free?
Yes. Your first floor plan is free upon signup.
Can I change my currency later?
Yes. Although you need to email support@roomio.io to change for you as you will need to add an additional credit card.
I already have a Roomio account. Which currency am I on?
You can check via Settings.
Are there subscriptions or minimum orders?
No. You only pay when you order a floor plan.
