Floor plan accuracy depends on the device used to capture the scan.

iPhone Pro and iPad Pro (with LiDAR) Built-in LiDAR cameras deliver professional-grade accuracy within 1–2cm, making them ideal for real estate marketing, property appraisals and renovation planning.

Standard iPhone (non-LiDAR) Standard iPhone models use advanced computer vision to generate reliable floor plans. Accuracy is slightly lower than LiDAR-equipped devices but suitable for marketing, listings and general real estate use.
